Always wanted to try floor hockey, but not sure where to start? This is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone wanting to learn and practice the sport in fun and welcoming environment, with others at your same skill level!
Intended for beginners, our 9-week Rookies Only Floor Hockey program will give you:
- 90 MINUTES of combined practice and play time each week
- part of each day will include lessons from our amazing instructor, who will teach you the basics of the game and lead you through the practice of essential skills.
- part of each day will also include recreational play experience with others at your experience level, with our instructor on the court to give you tips and tricks as you go!
- try it...you'll love it! We aim to give you the experience and confidence to join our recreational leagues!
Sessions may start at or between any of the times listed.
