We're super excited to be offering our Trampoline Fitness class with our friends at the Factory. Join us for a high energy workout where you'll work up a sweat, all with a smile on your face!

Winter 2025 Trampoline Fitness @ The Factory (Jan/Feb) Mondays

If you sign up for TRAMPOLINE FITNESS, you can expect:
- 5 weeks of fun-first, beginner friendly fitness classes on the trampolines at the Factory.
- a high energy, highly social HIIT workout combining bursts of low-impact trampoline cardio and full-body resistance band exercises to activate, strengthen and tone your muscles while getting your heart rate up.
- an amazing instructor to guide you through the class safely and smiling!
- a single trampoline guaranteed - no sharing required! (until pizza time, of course)
- an invitation to treat yourself afterwards with 2-for-1 Tuesdays @ The Factory Canteen - stay for a refreshing drink and a slice of fire-roasted pizza post-workout with your new friends!

Each class is 45 minutes, and includes a warm-up and yoga-inspired cool-down. Classes run once a week on Tuesdays, 7:00-7:45pm. Participants will be required to bring or purchase their own pair of grippy socks from the Factory.

If you sign up for FITFUSION with us, you can expect:
- To start your new year right as the strongest and most social version of yourself!
- 5 weeks of fitness classes focused just as much on having fun, making friends, and building community.
- Each class will consist of cardio and strength exercises with a dose of yoga-inspired stretches, all packed into a 45-minute class for all levels!
- Small group training, offering meaningful interaction with other participants and our fantastic, award-winning instructor - Tina Martin!
- A welcoming environment where everybody is welcome (all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels!)

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class. Hand weights 2-10 lbs (primarily used for upper body and core), and a yoga block are optional.
