Close your eyes, inhale deeply, and stretch it out…. It’s time for yoga.

 

Classes will explore postures that introduce you to the beauty of yoga, and allow you to work on your breathing techniques, plus build strength and flexibility. Classes are suitable for every body and every level of yoga practice. 

 

Season Details

Yoga is typically offered in our Winter, Summer and Fall Seasons, and each night is taught by an awesome instructor with a different style of yoga.

Summer 2025 Yoga - Tuesdays with Emily

If you join us for 12 weeks (+ foul weather date) of Yoga with Instructor Emily Downs, you can expect:
- A challenging yoga class based on cross-disciplinary practices with an element of playfulness and fluidity
- A welcoming space to meet new people and focused on make connections through yoga
- An inclusive environment open to all and suitable for every body
- A weekly exercise in strength, balance, flexibility, alignment, breath work, meditation and relaxation
- One ‘foul weather’ reschedule date in the event that games should be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Your foul weather day on Tuesday August 12!

If you join us for 10 weeks (+ foul weather date) of Yoga with Instructor Dan Woodward, you can expect:
- An inclusive environment in which our empathetic, spiritual and experienced instructor will ensure that you learn, relax, are present in the moment and enjoy your practice
- An enriching class based on cross-disciplinary practices and suitable for every body, from the beginner to the advanced yogi
- A weekly exercise in strength, balance, flexibility, alignment, breath work, meditation and relaxation
