Always wanted to try volleyball, but not sure where to start? This is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone wanting to learn the sport in fun and welcoming environment, with others at your same skill level!
Intended for beginners, our 6-week Rookies Only Volleyball league will give you:
- 2 weeks of group lessons with an amazing instructor, who will teach you the basics of the game and essential skills.
- 4 weeks of recreational play with others at your experience level, with our instructor on the court to give you tips and tricks as you go!
- The experience and confidence to join our recreational leagues!
This league is intended as a safe and comfortable environment ONLY for those who consider themselves "rookies" (i.e. new or newly returning to the sport). If you are a recreational player looking for some tips, please instead check out FCSSC's pre-season Recreational Volleyball Clinic at https://www.forestcityssc.ca/clinics
