If you join us for 16 weeks of Yoga with Instructor Dan Woodward, you can expect:
- An enriching class based on cross-disciplinary practices and suitable for every body, from the beginner to the advanced yogi
- An inclusive environment in which our empathetic, spiritual and experienced instructor will ensure that you learn, relax, are present in the moment and enjoy your practice
- A weekly exercise in strength, balance, flexibility, alignment, breath work, meditation and relaxation
- A breathtaking ballroom setting, overlooking the Village Green in the heart of Wortley Village (FCSSC is the ONLY place you'll find yoga in this incredible space!
- One ‘foul weather’ reschedule date in the event that games should be cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
