What Program Leaders Do:

• Develop and deliver group lessons/activities for members that are in line with the FCSSC’s program goals, and suitable for the skill level of registered members.
• Create and maintain a warm and friendly environment where members are sure to be engaged, have fun, and connect with new people. 
• Flex activities based on participant interests, abilities, and feedback.
• Promote FCSSC's offers and activities, including partner deals and club events.
• Ensure FCSSC’s rules, conduct and inclusion/anti-discrimination policies are followed. 
• Do what it takes to ensure a fantastic member experience! 

Who Program Leaders are:

• Confident and fun individuals, with presence and positive energy. 
• Detail-oriented planners, with flexibility and foresight.
• Service delivery experts who can skillfully set and communicate expectations, and manage member experience. They may have experience as a camp counselor, coach, wait staff, entrepreneur, or client manager. 
• Fantastic connectors, able to create a sense of belonging and connection among members.

Program Leaders must have their own transportation to and from the league facilities. All Leaders must be 19+. 

This is a contract position and Program Leaders must commit for an entire season (roughly four months each). FCSSC activities usually take place on weeknights between 6:00 and 10:00pm and Sundays usually between 2:00 and 6:00pm. Availability and preferences will be taken into account.
