Salary: $45,000-50,000

Your Mission
As a League Coordinator, you’ll have accountability for mission-critical elements of the club and your finger on the pulse of everything that we offer for our members. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Maximize Member Experience: Ensure excellent member service before, during and after participation. Coordinate critical elements of a successful in-gym/event experience. Impress members to ensure season-after-season participation with the club.
Collaborate & Innovative: Team up with other members of the FCSSC staff to deliver innovative, fun and unique programming that will attract a wide range of community members and maximise facility utilization.
Operational Excellence: Oversee operational aspects, including league management system accuracy, facility booking, facility maintenance, and staff coordination.
Collaborative Partnerships: Working with our affiliates and our sponsors to elevate the member experience and drive additional revenue.
Brand Champion: Embody and promote FCSSC brand and core values, setting the standard for excellence in our leagues and programs.
Qualified Candidates
Educational Background: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sports Management, Event Planning, Recreation & Leisure, Business or a related field.
Proven Organizational Aptitude: 2+ years of success in an organizational/administrative role, preferably in sports and recreation industry.
Leader: Able to identify, inspire, and communicate with other community-minded individuals
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish, build and leverage relationships within and between people and organizations for mutual benefit.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Gmail, Sheets). Experience with point-of-sale and league management systems is a plus.
Integrity & Compliance: Current and acceptable Criminal Record Check.
